Default Long Crank Before Start

About a week ago, my truck started taking a long time to start while cranking. So far, it has started every time. However, it takes anywhere from 10 to 30 seconds to start. It used to start after a couple of seconds. If I turn off the ignition and start it again, it doesn't seem to take as long to start, but still longer than usual. The same goes for after I have been driving it for a while. On two separate occasions in the last couple of months, I had to crank the engine for a long time (30 seconds or more) before the engine would start. After each of these occasions, it began starting normally again until my recent problem.

Thinking it might be an issue with the fuel delivery, I added Sea Foam as a fuel line cleaner and changed the upper and lower fuel filters. I also used Sea Foam to do a hot soak. While I was at it, I changed the oil after flushing the oil with Sea Foam. I put in the recommended Sea Foam and let it idle for an hour before draining. None of the filters (oil and fuel) looked any worse than they usually do.
My ScanGauge is not showing any codes, but I force cleared codes anyway. None of this has seemed to made any difference.

The engine runs just fine after it starts. I have a very smooth idle and as much power as I am used to. I use Stanadyne every time if fill the tank and Archoil with every oil change. I also change both the fuel filters with each oil change.

I am looking for any suggestions for what could be the issue or what tests I may need to run to resolve the issue before it gets worse. Below, I am posting the repairs and upgrades I have made to the truck. I am also posting readings from my ScanGauge at various times.

Well 45v on the ficm is not a good sign what does the ficm read while cranking ? Also watch the ficm sync does it go to a 1 right away or just before it fires? Let me know and welcome to FDP!!!
