That can still be the CPS but, the ipr (injection pressure regulator) that controls how much pressure the pump gives the truck. The icp (injection control pressure) is a sensor on the driver side head right behind the oil resivior. It tells the computer how much pressure is there. If you got the cps intermittent code I would get a new one from international and try that also be sure to check the contacts on the plug to be certain that it is making good contact.
